Housing Ministry Supports BUMPAN On Local Building Materials Needs of Nigerians.

Press Release: Thursday 13th March, 2025. The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, Dr Shuaib Belgore has restated the federal government's commitment to solving Nigerians' Building Material needs.

MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS

The membership requirement steps below detail the process of becoming a member of BUMPAN

  • Step 1 : To Confirm Eligibility - A Prospective Member of BUMPAN Should;
  • 1. HAVE A MANUFACTURING PLANT IN NIGERIA
  • 2. BE A MANUFACTURER OF AT LEAST ONE PRODUCT
  • 3. THE MANUFACTURING PLANT SHOULD BE IN PRODUCTION.
  • 4. THE PRODUCT(S) SHOULD BE DULY REGISTERED WITH APPROPRIATE REGULATORY AGENCIES
  • 5. MINIMUM SALES TURNOVER OF 90 MILLION NAIRA.

MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM

An intending member of the Association (being a manufacturer) will be required to obtain and complete a Membership Application Form. Fill application form, and submit the necessary documents to the secretariat - Documents required include:

  • 1. COMPANY’S CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION
  • 2. CORPORATE AFFAIRS COMMISSION (CAC) FORMS C02 AND C07
  • 3. COPIES OF DULY CERTIFIED AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE PROCEEDING TWO (2) YEARS OR BUSINESS PLANS FOR NEW COMPANIES
  • 4. LETTER OF INTRODUCTION ON THE COMPANY'S LETTERHEAD, APPLYING FOR MEMBERSHIP OF THE ASSOCIATION
  • APPLICATION FORM [N30,000.00] PAYABLE AT SUBMISSION POINT at the secretariat.
